Tigre is associated with specialist pyrolysis technology developers, providing technology and expertise to maximise efficiencies and revenues from "End of Life" tyres, whether from cars, commercial vehicles, fork trucks or other sources. Waste rubber materials such as conveyor belts, etc. can also be dealt with.

 

The unique pyrolysis process takes ~1 tonne of shredded tyres per hour, converting them into oil, syngas and carbon black.

Each of these products has an attractive, long term value, and a single MC Pyrolysis module can pay for itself in no time.

The TPO (Tyre Pyrolysis Oil) produced is "Renewable" under the RTFO and classed as a development Fuel, with ~43% being biogenic in origin. As it is derived from a "Waste", the 43% can be doubled, generating over 13,000 ltrs of RTFCs per day from ~15,500 ltrs of TPO. RTFCs are currently traded at ~70p per ltr !

 

Tigre can also provide off-take agreements facilitating long-term contracts for the recovered oil and carbon black.
